With the new version of KTOUCH it is impossible to change the levels when the teacher wants to change the differents levels as it was with older version

The new behavior will stay. Lessons have to be completed or aborted before changing the level. This is intentional.

KTouch (the new version at least) is aimed an personal use, class room usage takes a back seat. 

If you want the old behavior, use just use the old version.
