This screen shot shows which programs should be faded and darkened in the task manager.

In older KDE, when you minimized a window of any program it was faded (and darkened) in the task manager, so you could tell just by looking at the bottom desktop panel which windows of programs are minimized and which aren't. Now, when you have many windows of many programs opened and if you minimize some of them you wouldn't know which are minimized if for example one window of active program covers whole screen. Icons with name of programs in the task manager (bottom panel) look all the same (bright icons and white names) as on added screen shot.

Theme problem and this isn't the default theme.
