Mails from mailing lists often have the headers:

List-Unsubscribe: <https://example.com/mailman>, 
 <mailto:unsubscribe@example.com>
List-Help: <mailto:help@example.com>
List-Subscribe: <https://example.com/subscribe>, 
 <mailto:subscribe@example.com>

And there are webmailers (squirrel mail) which display buttons for quick (un)subscribe.

It'd be nice if kmail does the same ;)

We have theses actions in mouse popup menu when we select mail from messagelist
