In the "Display Configuration" section of the "Display Configuration" dialog, there is an info button displayed in the upper pane below the monitor layout diagram (see attached screenshot). The button is clickable, but clicking on it has no observable effect. Reproducible: Always

Forgot to mention, this is with System Settings 4.11.20 on KDE 4.14.9 as distributed by openSUSE 13.2.
Could you please test this againt Plasma 5? We don't maintain Plasma 4 anymore.
This works for me in Plasma 5. When clicking on the button a info is shown on each output with the name of the output. If it doesn't work for you in Plasma 5 please reopen.
