in Konsole as root for some apt - time updating and such... (Yes I know APT is not a KDE program but just read this anyway to see if it is related.)

apt comes back with this absurdity from whence I wonder how it came to this conclusion if not from KDE on a self destruct mission then where would apt be getting this from and where then should I report this?:

# apt-get install wodim

wodim is already the newest version.
wodim set to manually installed.
"The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:

Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them."

Now that's a whole bunch of Kstuff and Plasma things that I really don't want to remove .... but my quick draw button pushing finger got the better of me and Y'd them into oblivion anyway cuz it trusts Apt to be smart that way ya know.

I've Never in my 16 years of Linux-Life ever seen this bad package management fluke in any distro and surely did not expect to see it pop up in Debian (jessie).

So... KDE or not to KDE?
