According to the The Konqueror Handbook:

help:/konqueror/newname.html#super-user

"you can launch Konqueror from the K Menu in Super User mode by selecting System → File Manager - Super User Mode"

but there is no such entry 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto KDE menu
2. choose System
3. Look for Super User entry

Actual Results:  
not there

Expected Results:  
should have found it

I installed KDE with Debian Linus Version 8
