version 0.11 at  KDE4 shows the 20-seconds-break-popup-window, the counter decreases from 20 till 10 but then was set back to 20 sec (same effect as I would move the mouse during that period) .
But I neither moved the mouse nor I pressed any key. The behaviour repeated, so the timer never counts down to zero.

FWIW happens today after I run in another terminal :

$> mpv  --profile=pseudo-gui http://...

Version 0.11 is not supported anymore, please try if it happens with 0.12 and reopen the bug if it does.
