Choosing a filter in gmic window results in displaying its config, but also spawning error window with text like this: Sorry! G'Mic failed, reason:*** Error in ./gimp_bokeh_preview/gimp_split_preview/ *** Command '-repeat': Invalid argument '@#'. Sorry! G'Mic failed, reason:*** Error in ./gimp_blur_angular_preview/gimp_blur_angular/ac/_apply_channels/*if/*if/ *** Item substitution '{-arg 1+7,all,rgba,rgb,rgb_r,rg(...)l,cmyk_c,cmyk_m,cmyk_y,cmyk_k}': Unrecognized item 'arg 1' in expression '-arg 1...'. (most filters give message with '-repeat' but there are variations) The message reappears each time after changing filter settings. Trying to apply filter causes similar error window to appear (and no filter is applied). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Filter -> G'MIC 2. Choose filter Actual Results: Error message This problem is most likely connected with recent gmic update in ae72033ae50e9d4f56030e9ee5d5ee5ae759fea2 (i've done bisect to make sure). I also tried to "Update definitions", but it doesn't seem to do anything except for making cursor busy.
Hi, I'm sorry, but I've tested both 2.9.11 and 3.0 on OpenSUSE and in both cases gmic just works fine. Did you build Krita yourself? And could you try the 3.0 appimage?
Yes, i built it myself. Now i've also built 3.0 and g'mic seems to work fine there.
Closing then.
