Description florianhilgenberg 2016-03-09 15:52:06 UTC
Hello,

i am syncing my contacts and calendars with akonadi against owncloud utilizing webdav.
Unfortunately the password prompt doesn't respond to the return key when I want to accept my entered password.
I've to change over to my mouse and need to aim the "OK" button, well I am a keyboard warrior ;-)
Here is some output I was able to figure out:
[ ~]$ ps -ef | grep 1060
user 1060 953 0 16:26 ? 00:00:01 /usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource --identifier akonadi_davgroupware_resource_2
user 2152 993 0 16:45 pts/1 00:00:00 grep 1060
[ ~]$ LC_ALL=C yaourt -Qo /usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource
/usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource is owned by kdepim-runtime 15.12.2-1
[ ~]$ /usr/bin/akonadictl -v
Akonadi 5.1.51
[ ~]$ /usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource --version
akonadi_davgroupware_resource
[ ~]$

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. should be same for all akonadi triggered password requests?
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Need to aim the OK button with mouse

Expected Results:
To accept the password on one hit on return.

Can you post a screenshot so we can be sure which dialog this is about?
Comment 2 David Faure 2018-01-07 18:46:42 UTC
The reason I'm asking is that there is the dialog to configure the resource (initially, at least, but I don't know if it reappears later on), there's the kwallet dialog, there's maybe a password dialog that appears when kwallet is disabled... and in my case I use kwallet so there is in fact no password dialog popping up at all. Hence the request for clarification.
