The device notifier popup mixes 2 styles for tool tips.  Hovering over the device shows a "XXX MiB free" tip in the Plasma style (matching the workspace theme style and colours).  Hovering over the "eject" button shows "Click to safely remove..." in the application style and colours (as set in systemsettings5).

The tooltip for eject button isn't matching in style with free space tooltip - but it's consistent for example with 'Networks' and  'Battery and Brightness' widgets options tooltips

Confirmed on Arch Linux, plasma 5.12.2.

This has been fixed in the UI redesign in Plasma 5.20.
