When a new collection is created, greek grammar cannot be downloaded, since no relative grammar file exists in https://edu.kde.org/parley/locale/.

Find attached the relative file so as to be added.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new collection
2.Select "Greek" language as any of the source/target languages
3.Leave "Download Grammar" selected

Actual Results:  
No grammar is downloaded

Expected Results:  
Grammar should exist
