Description Thomas Mitterfellner 2016-03-05 10:42:40 UTC
In the touchpad configuration, the maximum Delta for two finger scrolling which can be set is 10 mm. But this results in an insanely sensitive two-finger scrolling. In kde4, I had values of 106 (whatever the unit?) for both, horizontal and vertical scroll delta.
It seems that no conversion of the mm to whatever unit synclient requires is done when writing the config. This is possibly related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360108. It seems to be a general thing that the units show in the GUI are not converted for use in synclient.

Reproducible: Always

Hello! This bug report concerns the Synaptics version of the Touchpad page, which is no longer supported in Plasma 6. And the feature it's reporting a bug in isn't present in the Libinput version. Closing.
