I have been trying to update my software using Muon Update Manager. After downloading updates, I have tried to Install Updates. Installation stops immediately and I get the message Failed to Apply Command on Muon Update Manager "An error occurred while applying changes". Have tried several times, but continue to get the same message. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Muon Update Manager 2. Click on Install Updates 3. Get error message Actual Results: When clicking on details no provision of details is provided, the Muon Update Manager freezes, and the error message con only be closed. Expected Results: Update Software
What happens if you use apt-get for upgrading? It would be useful to assess what's going on.
