Modern IRC clients are built on top of HTML rendering engines, and posting a url link makes it trivial to show the image on the workspace. A good example is LimeChat. This would be a great UI improvement on the interface.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Post url
2. Engine recognize the link as image type using a url parser for .png .gif .jp[e]g ending
3. Renders the image on the display.
