When I close my notebook cover and open it back while I have maximized windows (ex. Opera or Android Studio) after open small part of bottom part of window is hiding under task bar. Bug is until I reboot a notebook.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open some windows and maximize them
2.Close notebook screencover and open it


Actual Results:  
Bottom parts of windows are hidden under taskabar.

Expected Results:  
I should see whole window of application

Is this for another product? There's nothing related to "notebook" here.

I can not reproduce problem, because I do not have openSUSE now. Currently I use Fedora (with KDE) and problem do not appears.
