I am pretty sure no one can ever help you with that. I recommend to read https://bugzilla.readthedocs.io/en/5.0/using/filing.html#reporting-a-new-bug and update the bug accordingly.

please provide further information about the issue (if it still occurs).
What happens exactly and what steps are required for this bug to occur?
I can only guess that you meant something like "KMail hangs when retrieving folder contents, no email is retrieved so I can't read them", but with this little info there's nothing we can do.
