Arrow keys can't be used to navigate clipboard items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open clipboard manager widget
2. Use up and down arrow keys like up and down to move through items
3.

Actual Results:  
Clipboard widget doesn't recognize up and down arrow keys to be able to navigate clipboard entries.

I cannot reproduce this in Plasma 5.6 Beta; works both when it's in system tray as well as stand-alone in a panel.
