Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install umbrello from http://download.kde.org/stable/umbrello/2.17.2/
2. start umbrello
3. select menu entry  Help->change language  

Actual Results:  
No entry for russian language available


Expected Results:  
There should be an entry for the russian language.

Windows installer and portable packages for umbrello located at http://download.kde.org/stable/umbrello/2.18.2/ now contain all languages supported by KDE.
