Description CaCO3 2016-02-23 20:42:31 UTC
My Printer driver (HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw) does not list an envelope C6 as a paper format.
So I should be able to use the "custom" format and adjust the paper size myself.
How ever the paper size is set to 0 mm x 0 mm (See attachment).
0 mm x 0 mm is a useless format. So please either remove it or make it adjustable.

Reproducible: Always

This is either invalid (as it's the printer driver responsible for pages sizes) or an okular bug as the Window has Okular in it's title.

Sadly this is controlled by the Qt printing dialog, there's nothing we can do there.

I'll leave it open in case in the future someone has time to go an improve Qt and make this fixable
Comment 4 CaCO3 2016-02-26 18:28:27 UTC
It is not an issue of Okular, so please change the selection to the appropriate product (not sure which one fits best). The issue is also shown with other KDE applications. Also note that the behaviour is different in the programs which use the localized (german) version of the printing dialogue: One can select the "custom" entry, but it gets reverted again to the previous selection.

If it is a Qt bug, I could add a bug report on https://bugreports.qt.io but again I could not find a matching selection.

There is no appropiate product. You can file a bug against Qt but Qt4 is unsupported so that won't make a difference.
Comment 6 Justin Zobel 2020-11-26 08:48:55 UTC
I've just tested this and am able to set custom sizes and the preview adjusts accordingly.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I've set the bug status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you respond, thanks.
