Description Christian González 2016-02-21 16:07:39 UTC
I am using Arch, and after installation onf KDE-Telepathy, I tried to add a jabber account. If I go to the settings and press "+Create" the jabber account button,

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Telepathy/KDE, without gabble/jabber backend
2. open it the first time or go to settings and account configuration
3. click on jabber

Actual Results:
a window opens that shows nothing besides "Jabber", and "Advanced Button" which leads to another empty dialog, a "Connect wizard if finished" checkbox and the Ok/Cancel buttons. There are NO inputs for credentials whatsoever.
See the attached screenshots.

Expected Results:
The Jabber Button should not be visible at all if it is not possible to use/configure it.

If I install the telepathy-gabble package (under Arch, YMMV) The credentials appear.
