Hi there
using OpenSuse 42.1 KDE Plasma 5.54 - Linux (x86_64) release 4.1.15-8-default
systemsettings application

Set to invoke their Internet accounts, such as Google, Live and Owncloud
when I create the button, nothing happens
It presents no
no alert or error occurs fault
just nothing, or not respond

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open control panel
2.Set to invoke their Internet accounts, such as Google, Live and Owncloud
3.

Actual Results:  
No error or warning appears. just does not shown any option left cloud account configured.
Either no action happens if the button is pressed to create

Expected Results:  
the list of accounts appears to configure

Do you have installed the package "ktp-accounts-kcm"?
