Having discovered Discover's limitations, I did a full install of Muon to my Kubuntu 15.10 amd64 system. A recent update (or was it that full install?) deleted muon's Updater. I wondered why I was getting no notifications, so I ran Package Manager and found a plethora of updated packages. On completion, I tried to close it down. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.Run Package Manager, check for updates. 2.Accept default selection (all) and do Full Upgrade. 3.(Attempt to) Close application. Actual Results: Unable to dismiss window. Expected Results: Graceful closedown. I had to resort to Terminal, ps -A and kill muon's process number. Having done this, I then discovered a dialog - now redundant so I dismissed it without remembering it :( Not sure this is a bug, but if so it may be elsewhere than muon, and in my specific system - I do a fair amount of 'tinkering'.

Has anything been done? If so, what? ... and if so, what do I do to my running system? re-install Muon? This tells me updater has been removed from muon - in repository? ... or reinstall / reinstate Discover? I thought that was a component of muon anyway ... scratches head ...
This is an issue in Kubuntu. Please ask them what happened.
