When viewing SVG images which have masks said masks aren't been rendered, resulting in pretty odd-looking images if the SVG has a mask.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open an SVG image which has a mask

Actual Results:  
The mask isn't rendered, resulting in the paths not being cropped

Expected Results:  
The paths should be cropped to the mask
