Hey there. Hm, this is a very strange bug. Could you maybe make a tablet log where you try to open the right-click menu a few times? It would be super-helpful! The instructions on how to do so are here: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#What_if_your_tablet_is_not_recognized_by_Krita.3F
Same problem. Krita 4.4.0, Windows 10, Tablet "Star G640S", no "popup palette" on Right Click. "Log viewer" doesn't register Right Click press either. However, there is a small difference - I don't have a "popup palette" at all while using stylus, however, if I pull the stylus away (so it won't register by the tablet), Right Click works (regardless if that's actual Right Click or pressing the button on the tablet). My guess is that Krita somehow doesn't register two actions at once Right Click and stylus moving at the same moment.
@Alexander - please, with issues like this, come to krita-artists.org instead. This bug report is old, about a different tablet, and was closed, so it should stay closed. This is not a user support website but a development-focused website, and reopening 4-years old bugs is not useful for developers. Tablet support in general is tricky and it's usually not Krita's bug anyway, but an issue with configuration (often fixable, but I don't know about your specific model), hence it's better to first ask on a forum, and even if someone told you to report it here, then you should've made a new bug report. But if you haven't been on a forum yet, go there first. There are people who will help you fix it.
