Plasmoid icon does not change when there is a notification. It would be nice to have a number of notifications over the icon. Or at least change the icon a little bit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive new notification
2. Look at plasmoid icon.
3. Nothing happens.
