The content in the web browser widget seems to adapt to the size of the plasmoid window. Alas that way the shown content in all cases is much too small to be readable. The KDE4 browser widget had a zoom slider at the bottom which is missing in the Plasma 5 version. The web browser widget also doesn not react to the usual shortcut Ctrl+ for increasing the website size and there also is no browser context menu which allows to resize anything. Reproducible: Always Actual Results: There is no obvious method to increase the size of the shown website (resizing the widget does not count as it shall only occupy a small part of the screen). Expected Results: Give the user an obvious method to increase the size of the shown website, like a zoom slider or +/- buttons (at least in a context menu) - or at least let the widget react to Ctrl+/-.
I also see this problem, and I'm currently running 5.6.4. A workaround is to double-click inside the widget; that seems to zoom in. But that's a very clunky workaround. I do take advantage of the autofit zoom, but an adjustable zoom would be very nice.

On 5.6.5 double click rezooms corresponding to the current size of the plasmoid for me. So that workaround is not working. Should we update the version flag of the bug?
Is there any plan to fix this? The font is too small for this widget to be usable.
Please do something for that zoom feature, it's clearly an annoying issue. I'm using a 4k screen and it hit me much harder now than before.

Make
It's resizable in Plasma 6 now, and it remembers its size across reboots too.
