navigating though windows doesnt work anymore.

even though i didnt check "include 'Show Desktop' Icon", its the only entry i can see when walking through windows.

cleaning up config
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and
~/.config/plasmarc
didnt help,

Reproducible: Always

the file is ~/.config/kwinrc and DO NOT DELETE it, but please attach it to the bug

Thanks for your fast reply, Thomas.

I just upgraded to kde version 5.5.3 using ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports, yet there is no change in the described behaviour.

run "kcmshell5 kwintabbox" and disable the discrimination based on the minimization and ESPECIALLY the activity. Does that change anything?
Comment 5 bugs.kde 2016-02-05 22:15:52 UTC
wow, it worked! Great! I dont remember changing these settings...
That you so much!
Comment 6 Thomas Lübking 2016-02-05 22:23:34 UTC
Was the problem the minimization state or the activity matching (just tried, "all other activities" seems to make little sense and be rather confusing if there's only one activity - do you have more than one activity?)
Comment 7 bugs.kde 2016-02-05 22:35:27 UTC
nope, i just have one 'default' activity.
the problem seems to be the minimization state. if i check "filter windows by minimization state" i can hit apply without making any further discrimination (Hidden/Visible Windows). Result is the same issue.

If i further more discriminate regarding Hidden Windows: same issue, no windows appear in task switcher.

No filter against Minimization or filter against Minimization and 'Visible Windows' checked works fine.
