Icons for some protocols missing (e.g. Skype)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open account list
2. Add new account Wizard

Actual Results:  
Only icons for AIM and ICQ available, other icons missing

Expected Results:  
Wizard shows correct icons for all protocol plugins

Which icon theme do you use? Do you have correctly installed Kopete?
