When I go to Plasma Search and enable/disable the selected results I want to show when I search in Kickoff, it doesn't change results. If I disable documents, it still shows documents. If I disable Bookmarks, it still shows bookmarks.

It's behavior should reflect the search results chosen in Plasma Search.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Plasma Search module.
2. Choose the results you want to show.
3. Open Kickoff and begin search.

Actual Results:  
Kickoff shows all result options.

Expected Results:  
Kickoff should show results based on selected results in Plasma Search.

Tested while using KDE Plasma 5.5.4 on Antergos (Arch) Linux x64, kernel 4.3.3-3-ARCH.

That setting is only for krunner, the dialog fetched with alt+f2.

As kickoff uses a smaller subset, they shouldn't be linked.
