When switching between fullscreen and windowed monitor, the windowed monitor will appear in different poisitions.

It follows this pattern.

Load a project and play the project in the monitor.
Fullscreen -> Displays the video fullscreen.
And back -> Monitor is at bottom of display and loses part of the bottom of the image.
And back -> Monitor is mostly offscreen, can see left edge.
And back -> video is not visible, but we now have a sperate window with the timeline.
Not necessarily in that order.
