When restarting pulseaudio, if I am going to systemsettings/multimedia, the now PulseAudio Jack Sink is recognized here. But the sound icon in system stray is still red and If I click on, window is empty. And Volume on Keyboard don't works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a session without Pulseaudio
2.Start Jack
3.Start PulseAudio Jack Module

The problem still exists.
I filled a new bug here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378058 because I don't use Jack, I just do restarting pulseaudio.
