Lockscreen allows to paste via shortcut.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy some text
2. lock screen
3. press paste shortcut ([Strg]+[v])

Actual Results:  
copied content will pasted into password field

Expected Results:  
paste not working on lockscreen

I'm not sure whether paste should or should not be allowed on the lock screen. Can you elaborate on why you think it should be disallowed?

We just last week pushed a fix for this. We might have to revert it again, though. As there is strong opposition to the change.
