I upgraded from the 2.9.10 animation beta to 3.0 pre alpha. None of the keymaps or settings were persisted/imported from the previous version.

The most ideal solution would be to prompt the user to import the settings or not.

Another solution would be to provide an import/export settings & keymap option so the user can do so manually.

I'm really sorry, but we just don't have the time to implement a migration script. But we do have several shortcut profiles now.
