Scrolling the folder/file list in icon, compact or details modes scrolls the window very slowly. All other applications scroll properly. For comparison, opening /usr/share with Konqueror and scrolling with the mousewheel results in a shift of 19 files / wheel roll while only 1.5 files are scrolled with each roll in Dolphin. The same problem does not exist in Fedora 22 or earlier. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Dolphin to a directory with many entries. 2.Roll the mousewheel to navigate lower. 3. Actual Results: Around 1.5 filenames are scrolled with each mousewheel. Expected Results: At least 10 or more filenames should scroll.

While troubleshooting this issue, I came across the use of the shift key while scrolling and Dolphin is now usable. I wasn't aware of this change in behavior but it is interesting. I stil don't believe that it is a duplicate of the other burg.
Fedora is using libinput as far as I know, so I marked it as an duplicate of bug 357618.
libinput-list-devices does list the mouse so it must be. I'll review the RH bugzilla and will update if I think it's different. Thanks.
