could not download updates

This bug report is lacking information, I'm not sure what you want us to fix there.

Why didn't it download the updates? Is there an error message? How do you know they weren't downloaded? Under which OS? Versions?

This bug has had its resolution changed, but accidentally has been left in NEEDSINFO status. I am thus closing this bug and setting the status as RESOLVED to reflect the resolution change.
