In Kleopatra you can add additional email addresses for S/MIME in the "advanced settings" dialog while creating new certificate.

For OpenPGP you can only add new UIDs after generation in Kleopatra.
=> Wish: Improve the new certificate dialog so that you can easily add multiple UID's at generation. (Like it's done on the command line)
