Register the applet and shortcut in the taskbar, I can not even try to start from there. only to start when I enter the konsole command from the gnome-terminal.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start from the shortcut
2.You do not start from the shortcut

Actual Results:  
nothing special

Expected Results:  
It does not start

Works for me with Konsole from git master. Please re-open if you can reproduce this issue with Konsole 18.08.x or git master.

This is/was most likely a packaging issue with your distro.
