I just tested the new render widget design and came across an error in handling the codecs constant rate factor. 

When using the slider with the H.264/AAC High Profile the audio quality decreases with the constant rate factor. (crf=%quality). I believe this is a misconception because the lower the crf the higher the video quality. As such the audio bitrate should increase instead of decrease with the lowering of the video quality slider.

The rescale and 2-pass buttons are also greyed out on every profile.

Version Kdenlive 4:16.08.1~ubuntu16.04.1 from Kdenlive PPA still has 2 pass disabled. When can be expected that this is solved?

I've compiled the current master (like 5 minutes ago) on Debian and I still have 2pass grayed out.
