When I update from 5.4.2 to 5.4.3, here are some style issues with the pannel. Some borders, icon sizes are different from others' system. Then I cleaned the cache in ~/.cache . Now everything looks good.

I guess this might be a bug of cache validation.

probably more likely the frameworks change than the plasma one.
