While trying to set KDE Wallet up I tried to open the handbook for the program. There was a new window flag that appeared in the task bar like it was going to show the handbook, but then it just disappeared. Pressing F1 to open the handbook does absolutely nothing. Also I'm not sure I fully understand what this program is for. Is there a detailed source explaining in full detail the why as well as the how? Thanks.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kwallet
2. Click on "Help"
3. Click on "KDE Wallet Manager Handbook" or press F1.

Actual Results:  
There was a new window flag that appeared in the task bar like it was going to show the handbook, but then it just disappeared.

Expected Results:  
Open the handbook.
