Description Heinrich Seebauer 2015-12-31 11:34:47 UTC
Kmail drops the whole content of a message, when trying to sign the message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create message, options: rich text editing, sign message (others see attachment 30 [details].jpg)
2. send message (e.g. klicking 'Send' button)
3. a dialogue pops up (32.jpg) stating "inline signing/encrypting of HTML messages is not pssible, do you want to delete yout markup?"
4. quit the dialogue with "Keep markup, do not sign"
5. dialogue (33.jpg) pops up: "This message will not be signed. Sending unsigned messages might violate site policy. Sign message instead?"
6. Answering with clicking "Sign"
7. dialogue (34.jpg) pops up: "Some part of this message will not be encrypted. Sending only partial encrypted messages might violate the site policy and/or leak sensitive information. Encryt all parts instead?"
8. click "Sign Only"
9. enter passphrase

Actual Results:
Message is signed and sent, but is empty (36.jpg)
A copy (also empty) is left in the sent-mail folder.

Expected Results:
a signed message is sent with its full content intact

opensuse 13.2
kde 4.14.9 (information from kmail/help/about)
kmail 4.14.9-24.2-x86_64 (supplier: openSUSE [that's what zypper tells me], this version is not selectable in the version list above, please add item and update this entry)
