Description Pastafarianist 2015-12-29 11:13:03 UTC
Scanning the image without clicking "previsualize" first ("Previsualizar" in Spanish localization) does not draw the image on the main canvas. Instead, a pop-up window with a small thumbnail of the image is shown at the end of scanning.

The main canvas is much bigger than the pop-up window. It would be much more convenient to see a large image instead of a thumbnail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Skanlite
2. Click "Scan" without clicking "Previsualize"
3. Observe the canvas in the main window not updating.

Actual Results:
The canvas in the main window isn't used to display the image.

Expected Results:
The canvas in the main window should be used to display the image as it is received from the scanner.

Thanks for the wish :)

You are right. There are tho a couple of technical hurdles that makes it a bit harder to implement.
Scanners with strange frame types, huge scans that use a lot of ram,....
