If torrent is 100% downloaded, "% Complete" tab displays "1e+02%" instead of "100%".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add torrent
2. start downloading
3. wait until it is finished

Actual Results:  
"% Complete" tab should display "100%"

Expected Results:  
"% Complete" tab displays "1e+02%"

this is fixed few weeks ago. please reopen if you encounter this in the latest build
