Just look at screenshot 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Icon-Only Task Manager
2. Add Thermal Monitor as the next widget after Icon-Only Task Manager
3. Open some number of applications

Actual Results:  
Icon-Only Task Manager rect intersects with Thermal Monitor rect.

Expected Results:  
Icon-Only Task Manager rect doesn't intersect with Thermal Monitor rect.

Haven't been able to reproduce this.
