Description Elmar Stellnberger (AT/K) 2015-12-28 13:16:13 UTC
Marble comes with quite a lot of maps by default. Especially when frequently switching between two maps of related content the dictionary sort order of maps can be very tedious; i.e. you may have to scroll and click in order to switch between two maps of desire. It would be a great improvement for Marble if one could establish his/her own order of maps by using drag and drop. The map list could additionally be tidied up by creating folders for maps of related content and evtl. by linking maps into multiple such folders.

Reproducible: Always

The current sorting lists favorite maps on top. You can make a map theme a favorite using the context menu. At the moment it takes a restart of Marble to take the new ordering into account.

The need for a restart of Marble was fixed in the meantime.
