I am unable to copy selected text via CTRL + INS. i gen an "5~" instead. Paste with SHIFT + INS does work ok. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open konsole 2. select text 3. copy with CTRL+INS Actual Results: instead of copying the selection, konsole outputs: "5~" Expected Results: being able to copy correctly.
Created attachment 96325 [details] screenshot of bugreport in konqueror Additional issue: Please note that (using konqueror) with the defaut zoom the "~" looks like a "-".
Bug reproduced on Gentoo, Konsole 15.12.3
I updated to F24 and it still does happen.
Confirmed on Konsole 16.12.1
Confirming on Konsole 17.04.3 on Netrunner Rolling.
I don't think this has ever worked in KDE 5
Add ctrl+ins/shift+ins to alternate copy/paste shortcuts in konsole. That solved it for me.
Reartes, as mentioned by Sic you can add this as a copy shortcut. I'm going to move this to wishlist as it's not a bug.
