The splash screen used by Kstars at the moment is a raster image (481x243).
Consequesntly, it cannot provide the same user experience on devices with high DPI ratios, as it would either look tiny or pixelated.
Either the splash screen's resolution should be increased, or, ideally, it should be replaced by a vector image altogether.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO>=2
2. Launch KStars

Actual Results:  
The splash screen looks undesirably pixelated.

Expected Results:  
The splash screen looks smooth, up to par with the experience at normal DPI.
