Some users complain about aforesaid issue. check forum site for more information (logs etc.). thank you

The forum thread contains no valuable information and seems to point different crashes (one of them seemingly aurorae related, but that's a vague guess)

=> When one of your users gets the "kwin crashed" dialog, the second tab contains "developer information" (aka. a backtrace)

==> Please have them post backtraces here (or on the forum, but ensure to copy them over to bump the bug) - otherwise there's nothing we could do (not even figure _what_ crashes)
