The forum thread contains no valuable information and seems to point different crashes (one of them seemingly aurorae related, but that's a vague guess) => When one of your users gets the "kwin crashed" dialog, the second tab contains "developer information" (aka. a backtrace) ==> Please have them post backtraces here (or on the forum, but ensure to copy them over to bump the bug) - otherwise there's nothing we could do (not even figure _what_ crashes)
