Reproduce:
1. Hit Ctrl+Alt+Esc to show logout panel
2. Accidentally click with the mouse somewhere else
3. Hit ESC to close the panel

Actual: The ESC key works on the window which is currently focued

Expected: The ESC key closes the Logout panel

[KSMServer] Dismiss logout dialog when clicking outside

It doesn't make sense to be able to interact with windows behind it and this also
prevents accidental logouts when you somehow lose the window behind others and
forget about it.
