Hi Malcolm, Thanks for your report. This looks like an installation problem, though. In the backtrace, it shows that an assert is fired in KoMainWindow. What text does the assert print if you start krita from a terminal? (Oh, and Fedora's Krita is very outdated, we're currently at 2.9.10.)
